Keep that page open.
Changes appear automatically.

Benefit: it always shows the latest version.

2) USB video

Alternative if you prefer a local file.

Download the video from Presentations.
Copy it to a USB drive.
Connect it to the TV and play the video.
Enable repeat if available.

Tradeoff: each change requires downloading and copying the video again.
